Oaks of Montecito Neighborhood

This project includes the street reconstruction for segments of Palo Verde Dr. and Glendora Ct., as well as mill and overlay of segments of Buena Vista Dr., Vista Verde St., Val Verde Ct., Cordero Ct., Mira Vista Dr., Palo Verde Dr., Brisas Ct., and Montecito Dr.

The City will host the virtual community meeting to provide residents and property owners the opportunity to:

• Receive an overview of the street improvements planned for
Oaks of Montecito;

• Receive an update on project scope, timeline, and expected
impacts during construction; and

• Field questions from community members.

Staff from the City of Denton will be available to discuss the project and answer questions from those participating in the virtual meeting.
